Q How soon after placing my order can i expect delivery?
A Usually within 48 hours for the UK but we say within 28 days of the item being in stock ready for dispatch.
Q What if my order arrived damaged in some way?
A This is extremley unlikely as all products are packed to ensure they can stand rough handling, but if you do have damaged goods we will replace it if we are informed within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Q What if we are not 100% satisfied with my order when I receive it?
A Post it back to us in its original packing with all labels attached, undamaged and we will refund the cost of the product to you (NOT INCLUNDING RETURN POSTAGE) no questions asked. We recommend 2nd class recorded delivery to us. we will not refund items lost in the post back to us.
You may wish to replace it with something different, in which case if necessary we will ajust the price up or down depending on the cost of the replacement.
All orders will be supplied with an invoice.
your visa/cheque will not be cashed until your order is ready for shipping.
ALL ORDERS MADE FROM THIS SITE THAT DO NOT ARRIVE AFTER 28 DAYS MUST BE REPORTED TO US NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS AFTER THE 28TH DAY FOR US TO LOOK AT WHERE THE ITEMS HAVE GONE AND BEFORE ANY REFUNDS ARE MADE OR GOODS REPLACED.
Postage will not be refunded if the parcel is delayed in the post to you, this is not something we can control once the Parcel is in the hands of the postal service.
